Buyer (interested to Buy a Golf Membership)
1. Click on "Contact eBroker" link or send an email to
2. Fill in the form with the details of the club you are interested in. The eBroker will contact you.
3. The price, availability and arrangements etc. may or may not be negotiated depending on the Seller.
4. When you have agreed to the price and terms. The eBroker will get you in contact with the Seller.
5. Buyer and Seller to complete transaction as agreed.
Seller (wants to Sell a Golf Membership)
1. Post your membership for sale with the on-line form below. Price must include transfer fees if applicable. (Advertisement is free)
2. When a buyer is interested in your club, our eBroker will contact you.
3. The price, availability and arrangements may be discussed until a deal is agreed on
4. eBroker will put Buyer in contact with Seller. Buyer and Seller to complete transaction as agreed
5. Upon successful sale, the Seller to pay our golflinkedin.com fee amounting to 2.5%* of the selling price inclusive of transfer fee to be banked in to a designated Malaysian bank account.
* 2.5% up to RM20,000 and 1.5% thereafter. For example, if the selling price is RM30,000 inclusive of transfer fee, our golflinkedin.com fee will be RM500 (2.5% of RM20k) + RM150 (1.5% of RM10k) = RM650.
* For selling prices above RM80,000, the rate is further reduced to 0.5%. For example, if the selling price is RM180,000 inclusive of transfer fee, our golflinkedin.com fee will be RM1400 (1st RM80k) + RM500 (0.5% of RM100k) = RM1900.
